Being from the NYC area these are just like the street vendor dogs you get in Manhattan. Top with spicy mustard, relish and saurkraut and you have yourself the perfect NY dog!!!

Seriously these hot dogs are great. They taste just like the hot dogs I had when I was a kid. No funky nitrate aftertaste. Just yummy. And they have a great snap. I'm really impressed.
