Oven (Preferred): Preheat oven to 425°F. Place frozen chicken tenders in a single layer on a baking sheet brushed lightly with oil. Bake until hot, about 18 minutes, or to desired color and crispness, turning tenders over halfway through cooking time.
Microwave: Place frozen chicken tenders in a single layer on a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate. Set microwave to high heat, heat until hot, 2-2 1/2 minutes. Turning tenders over halfway though cooking time.
Air Fryer: Set Air Fryer to 360°F. Layer pieces into the air fryer tray, ensuring there is no overlap. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes.
