- 2 slices brown bread
- 1+ T fresh pesto
- 3 slices Applegate Naturals® Smoked Turkey Breast
- 1 handful baby kale, rinsed and dried
- ½ jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ½ jar roasted red peppers
- Liberally spread pesto on both slices of bread.
- Stack turkey slices, kale, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers on one slice of bread.
- Top sandwich with the remaining piece of bread and presto! An instant, pesto-y, delicious lunch (or dinner, or breakfast).
